ESI Grips Athlete Fundraises for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

ESI Grips sponsored athlete, Maddex Thiel, held a charity raffle in September raising $800 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

"When Maddex and his father Bryan approached me because they wanted to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation I knew we wanted to help." said Anastasia Ulibarri, ESI Grips Sponsorship Director. "We wanted all the funds to go directly to the Foundation, so together we decided to donate Maddex exclusive Chunky Pink grips that cannot be purchased so he could hold a raffle."

Eight pairs of grips were chosen to be raffled to represent that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime. With these 8 pairs of grips, Maddex created a GoFundMe account with a goal of $500 that stated that any donation would enter you into a drawing to win a pair of Chunky Pink ESI Grips. Through his efforts, Maddex raised $800 in less than a month and the raffle was a great success.

ESI Grips is a proud supporter of Maddex, his father Bryan and athletes that take action to make a difference.

While the raffle is closed, the GoFundMe is still open. Please help Maddex continue to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and help the foundation to inspire hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education, and support services.
